Our figures typically ship within one week. Bare, printed figures ship faster, while painted figures may take some extra time (we want to make sure the paint is dry before we package them up!).

Shipping by US First Class Mail within the US is free. If you would like your order shipped by a different method please contact us at info@simonsmagicshoppe.com.

We ship Internationally by US First Class Package International Service.
Figures Carefully Packaged
All our figures are carefully packaged. Resin prints are shipped in foam padding surrounded by extra packing materials to help your delicate figures survive their trip.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@simonsmagicshoppe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
